    Training and Experience

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and trained at the University of East London. I completed a 2 year BACP accredited post-graduate diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and worked as a volunteer counsellor at The Centre for Better Health, a small mental health charity based in Hackney (See the Counselling section).

In addition, I am an experienced Career coach and completed a certified CCS Career Coaching and Counselling Skills Course in 1992. Certification allows me licenced use of CCS Career Coaching materials.

For over 5 years I worked in a leading Career management consultancy in central London, coaching and counselling hundreds of individuals from all sectors with a wide range of work and life issues. Previous to this, I worked as a Research Associate specialising in Corporate Social Responsibility within the management consultancy and charity sector. (See the Career Coaching section).

As a qualified MBTI practitioner registered with OPP® one of Europe's largest business psychology consultancy, I can use the MBTI personality indicator to help you identify your personality type. This can often provide real insight into a wide variety of personal and professional issues. (See the Career Coaching section)
